Discover the Sweet Spot Between Natural & Washed Coffees

Honey processing leaves just the right amount of sticky mucilage on the beans before drying. Producing a coffee that's juicy, sweet and vibrant without overwhelming acidity.

What is Honey Processed Coffee?

After removing the skin, we leave a layer of sweet mucilage (the "honey") on the bean. As it dries in the sun, this layer imparts body, sweetness, and fruit-forward character to the final cup.

Taste Profile

Yellow Honey: Light and floral, with creamy honey and vanilla notes.

Red Honey: Richer in fruit-forward, with subtle berry and caramel sweetness.

Black Honey: Full-bodied and syrupy with deep fruit tones and balanced acidity.

Why We Choose Honey Processing?

Honey processing combines the cleanliness of washed coffee with the sweetness of natural methods. It’s more sustainable (uses less water) and delivers a juicy, layered cup that honors both our women growers and our land.
